ABOUT GEEK CHAOS TECH

Built by people who like solving the problem.

Geek Chaos Tech is a founder-led technology and operations company built around a simple idea: understand what needs to work, get into the systems, and make it happen.

We combine experience across CRM, data, development, automation, integrations, logistics, inventory, and operations to build practical solutions around real business problems.

Less talking about what should work. More making it work.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

The solution shouldn't stop at the recommendation.

Businesses often don't need another presentation explaining what could be improved. They need someone who can actually get into the CRM, inspect the data, configure the system, write the automation, connect the API, fix the process, test it, and make sure it works.

That is the kind of company we wanted Geek Chaos Tech to be.

We don't just tell you what should change.
We help build the change.

Two backgrounds. One very useful overlap.

Technology and operations problems rarely stay in their own lane. Neither do we.

Co-Founder | CRM, Data & Systems Architecture

Focused on HubSpot, CRM architecture, data, automation, integrations, migrations, reporting, and building technical solutions when native functionality isn't enough.

HubSpot Architecture & Admin CRM Implementations Custom Objects & Associations Custom-Coded Workflows Data Architecture CRM Migrations Data Cleanup & Governance APIs & Integrations Reporting & Dashboards Quote & Process Automation Custom CRM Solutions Platform Optimization

Usually happiest somewhere between "this process is a mess" and "okay, now it works."

Co-Founder & Lead Architect | Technology & Operations

Focused on the systems behind day-to-day operations — inventory, logistics, commerce, automation, integrations, production technology, and the processes that keep businesses moving.

Production IT Administration Logistics Systems Inventory Configuration Commerce Operations Shopify Odoo Process Automation API Integrations Internal Tool Development .NET Python JavaScript C# Platform Troubleshooting Operational Continuity Supplier & Fulfillment Processes

Before transitioning into IT, he spent more than a decade in the U.S. Army leading logistics teams in mission-critical environments. That experience continues to shape how he approaches technology: understand the operation, anticipate failure points, build contingencies, and keep things moving when the normal process breaks.

WHERE IT GETS INTERESTING

Business systems don't exist in isolation.

Customer & Revenue Systems
CRM Sales Customer Data Quotes Reporting
Data + Automation + Integrations
APIs Business Logic Workflows Synchronization
Operational Systems
Inventory Commerce Orders Suppliers Fulfillment

A sale can affect inventory. Inventory can affect fulfillment. Fulfillment affects the customer. The customer belongs in the CRM. Every system creates data that somebody eventually needs to trust.

That's why we look beyond a single platform when the problem requires it.

Our experience comes from solving these problems inside real organizations — maintaining production systems, architecting CRM environments, building automation, handling migrations, connecting platforms, supporting users, and improving operational processes.

How we approach the work.

01

Understand the Real Problem

The request isn't always the problem. We look at what the business is actually trying to accomplish before building the solution.

02

Build for the Real World

Happy-path processes are easy. We also think about what happens when data is missing, a supplier runs out, an integration fails, or somebody does something unexpected.

03

Use Native When It Works

Custom code isn't automatically better. If the platform already does the job well, use it.

04

Build When It Doesn't

When native functionality stops short, we're comfortable connecting systems, automating the process, or building the missing piece.

05

Keep It Maintainable

A clever solution isn't very useful if nobody can understand or maintain it later.

FOUNDER-LED

The people you talk to are the people doing the work.

Geek Chaos Tech is founder-led and hands-on. You're not passed from a salesperson to an account manager to someone who's never seen your system before.

We stay close to the work because that's the part we actually enjoy.

Direct

Work directly with the people building and troubleshooting your solution.

Technical

Questions don't need to travel through layers before reaching someone who understands the system.

Flexible

A small support request doesn't need to become a giant engagement, and a complicated project doesn't scare us away.

BUILDERS AT HEART

Client systems aren't the only things we build.

Geek Chaos Tech also develops software, internal tools, integrations, and products of our own. Building our own technology keeps us close to the same challenges our clients face: architecture, usability, automation, data, reliability, and making an idea actually work.

A little about how we don't work.

We're not here to sell complexity.

If the simple solution works, that's probably the right solution.

We don't customize just to customize.

Native functionality is great when it solves the problem correctly.

We don't disappear after the diagram.

Our strength is implementation — configuration, development, integration, testing, and getting the solution working.

We don't require every problem to become a giant project.

Sometimes you just need ten hours of experienced help. That's okay too.

We're probably a good fit if…

You need someone who can actually get into the system and do the work.
Your CRM or business systems have gotten messy as you've grown.
Your team has technical work piling up with nobody available to handle it.
You need HubSpot expertise beyond basic configuration.
Your systems need to exchange data reliably.
You're doing something manually that clearly should be automated.
Your operational process doesn't match what the software expects.
You need something your platform doesn't provide natively.
You have a problem that crosses CRM, data, development, and operations.

Or you just have something that's broken and need somebody to figure it out.

You don't need to have the solution figured out.

That's what we're here for.

Tell us what's not working, what's taking too much time, or what you wish your systems could do. We'll start with the problem and work from there.
